Date Selection

You can now select any day of the week for your clubs to run on which do not need to be consecutive days. This will be really useful for rescheduling sessions or using the portal for booking holiday clubs or school events!

Mobile friendly 

The whole portal is now much more mobile friendly which hopefully will help you use all of the great features on the go!

Open Clubs

Coaches and coaching organisations can now create a club with no connection to a school. Parent’s can find these clubs from the “I’m a parent” page by typing in the name of the coach or organisation, rather than the school.

This means that the coaches can now use the portal for all of their clubs, regardless of where they run….perhaps a holiday club, a club at a community centre or a club at another location?

Attendance

Coaches (and schools) can quickly and easily mark off attendance at a club, live.

No more paper registers, folders full of paper that no one looks at (except maybe Ofsted?). It’s all there, live for everyone to see.

Easy.

Feedback

Kids and parents love to hear how they are getting on. Feedback is a gift that encourages and motivates.

You can save the feedback, and then once published parents and school reps will get to see all the encouraging words you’ve written.

It couldn’t be easier to do.

Vouchers

Quickly and easily issue vouchers!

There’s a choice of “Invitation” or “Paid” vouchers.

Invitation vouchers reserve a place on a club, allowing the parent to book on at the standard price.

Paid vouchers are fully funded by the school enabling a school to pay for a space for a specific child.

So easy.
